Jacques Rougerie awarded under the Dome of the Institut de France - Fine Arts Academy June 2008 The Institut de France - Fine Arts Academy has elected on the 25 th of June 2008, Jacques Rougerie in the Architecture section, chair of André Wogenscky. The announcement has been made, as tradition commands, at the Lipp restaurant, located in Saint-Germain-des-Près, before all members of the Academy. Le newly elected architect has expressed "all his happiness and pride" to be standing as member of the Institute. The Jacques Rougerie Architecture Agency is particularly proud of this award and wishes to share this distinction to the dedication and talent of its founder with all who have, during the past years, followed him and put so much trust and confidence with his work. Hereunder some photos of the official ceremony under the dome of the Institut de France on June 3rd, 2009.
